We love Fish Fridays. So I was debating on making pizza from scratch or something with
shrimp and pasta. We went with the shrimp. I know a lot of Italian chefs say never mix a creamy read sauce, cheese, with shrimp, they do not know what they are missing!
I had a fresh tomato, some parsley, shrimp, fresh Parmesan, and garlic.
I sautéed the shrimp then the vegetables then made a creamy sauce and put it all together. Plated it and it was post worthy.
I like using a fresh tomato as opposed to sauce or canned tomatoes. With the nice weather we have been having , I am longing for garden fresh tomatoes!
Our tomato plants are just sprouting so I have a long way to go.
